Now more than ever we must try to strike the right balance between being prudent & realistic whilst maintaining that aspirational passion for the longterm.
My business has just entered its 2nd year. Unlike past management positions I’ve held in established companies, I don’t have the luxury of leaning on historical performance to give me some line of sight into the future.
How are you forecasting your revenue, expenses & customer base through the next month, the end of Job-Keeper, into 2021 & beyond?
